“accesoriosherrajes.com” represents the website of Inside Qasa SL (hereinafter “Inside Qasa”) from which the user is offered company information and online purchase services.

 

A. PRICES.

The price of the products will be as stipulated in our sales price lists, issued quotes, and website at any given time, except in cases of obvious error. Although we strive to ensure that all listed prices are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price. These prices include VAT and may change at any time, but any changes will not affect accepted quotes or issued orders.

INSIDE QASA will send customers the purchase invoice along with the purchased products. If you require another copy of the invoice, please send your inquiry to info@accesoriosherrajes.com or call 966107822.

B. PAYMENT METHOD.

Purchases of INSIDE QASA products and services can be paid for by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal or any other form of payment agreed and accepted beforehand with our Customer department.

Through our website, we use an e-commerce payment gateway. All data provided for this purpose is encrypted using the "Commercial Global Payments" protocol to ensure maximum security, preventing interception while it travels across the network.

C. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY.

INSIDE QASA includes real-time product stock information on its website. If you require information about the delivery time of a product that is not currently available, you can contact us at info@accesoriosherrajes.com, by phone at +34 966 10 78 22, or through the contact form on our website.

D. SHIPPING.

Shipping costs will vary depending on the total purchase amount. Shipping is free for orders over €200. For orders under €200, shipping costs €5.90. You can see the shipping cost when you receive your quote or order confirmation, or in your shopping cart on our online store.

E. DELIVERY TIMES.

The delivery period indicated in our offer will begin at the time of acceptance of this offer or signed order and payment received according to the conditions agreed in each sales channel.

For orders placed through our online store, the delivery time for in-stock products will be 2 to 5 business days. In the event of any unforeseen shipping issues, the customer will be notified.

F. RETURN AND WARRANTY.

If you wish to exchange an item for another, the return and new shipping costs will not be covered by INSIDE QASA. However, for your convenience, we offer the option of arranging the collection and delivery of the new items with our transport company, billing you for the corresponding costs.

If the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition or if there has been an error on the part of INSIDE QASA, the customer will have the right to request that the product be reshipped at no additional cost, once the product has been returned to our facilities and the issue has been verified. If the shipment has been damaged during transport, the customer must notify INSIDE QASA via email, telephone, or contact form within 24 hours of receipt. In this case, INSIDE QASA will provide instructions on how to file a claim with the transport company to replace the damaged goods at no additional charge to the customer.

In the case of returns of defective products or products that do not correspond to your order, the collection costs will be borne by us, these products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered and must retain their original labeling.

If you wish to return a product purchased from INSIDE QASA, you must notify us beforehand by email to info@accesoriosherrajes.com , or via the contact form on our website. Remember that you have 15 days from receipt of the order to make returns.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email with the necessary instructions for making the return. Once the product has been received and verified to be in perfect condition, the corresponding refund will be processed.

F. LEGAL GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, if there is a defect, or if the delivered products do not match your order, you may return the purchased products to INSIDE QASA within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. If INSIDE QASA is closed on the last day for exercising this right of withdrawal (public holiday), the next business day will be considered the return period.

To exercise this right, it is essential to present the purchase invoice and return the product in perfect condition and without its original appearance being altered.

Provided the customer has followed the return process mentioned above, INSIDE QASA, SL will refund the price of the returned products.

This additional warranty does not cover returns or exchanges of products that meet the following conditions:

  • Products cut to size or that have been modified from their original presentation.

  • Products ordered or manufactured to order according to customer specifications.

G. DATA REGISTRATION AND PROTECTION.

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the data provided both when registering as a new user and when submitting a contact form will be incorporated into an automated data file created by, for and under the responsibility of INSIDE QASA, for the purpose of addressing your queries and/or suggestions and to fulfill the commitments arising from the relationship we may maintain with you.

The user has the recognized right to access, cancel, rectify, and oppose the processing of their data, as well as the right to be informed about the use of their data, by contacting INSIDE QASA via email at info@accesoriosherrajes.com or by mail (INSIDE QASA SL (C/ Virgen del Socorro 78, 03002 Alicante). Unless you indicate otherwise, we will assume that your data has not changed, that you agree to notify us of any changes, and that we have your consent to use it for the aforementioned purposes.

Furthermore, pursuant to Article 21 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we request your consent to send you information related to our products or services that we believe may be of interest to you, either by mail or email. By reading this clause, you acknowledge that you understand the purpose and use of the personal data collected.

H. OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLIENTS AND USERS.

The user agrees to:

1.- Not to use INSIDE QASA, SL to carry out or suggest activities prohibited by law.

2.- To refrain from carrying out any conduct that infringes upon the intellectual or industrial property rights of INSIDE QASA or third parties, or that violates or transgresses the honor, personal or family privacy or image of third parties, or that is unlawful or contrary to morality.

3.- To refrain from carrying out any destruction, disabling or damage to the data, programs or electronic documents belonging to INSIDE QASA or any third party, as well as introducing or disseminating on the Network programs, viruses or, in general, any physical or electronic instrument or device that causes or is likely to cause any type of alteration in the Network, in the system, or in the equipment of third parties.

4.- To refrain from carrying out any type of activity or practice that violates the principles of good conduct generally accepted among users.

5. To inform us of any illegal use of which you become aware. In any case, the user will hold INSIDE QASA harmless against any claim, whether judicial or extrajudicial, brought against us as a result of the aforementioned actions or omissions.

I. ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.

This contract is binding on both you and us, as well as our respective successors, assigns, and legal representatives. You may not assign, transfer, encumber, or otherwise dispose of this contract or any of your rights or obligations under it without our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer, encumber, subcontract, or otherwise dispose of this contract or any of our rights or obligations under it at any time during its term. For the avoidance of doubt, such assignment, transfer, encumbrance, or other disposal will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor will it nullify, reduce, or otherwise limit any express or implied warranties we may have given you.

J. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of our obligations that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).

Force Majeure Events shall include any act, event, failure to act, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to the following:

1. Strikes, lockouts or other protest actions.

2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (declared or undeclared) or threat or preparations for war.

3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.

4. Impossibility of using trains, ships, airplanes, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.

5. Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems.

6. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.

Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and we will be granted an extension of time to perform those obligations for a period equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. We will use all reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution that allows us to perform our obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.

K. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.

The use of our services and product purchase agreements will be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from or related to these agreements will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
