The return period is 15 calendar days and you must pack the unused/uninstalled items in the same packaging in which you received them, or a similar one, and include a copy of the return form or the original order.

You will need to go to the top right of the page, press the START button and once inside, click on CREATE ACCOUNT.

The first step to creating an account will be to enter your email address, after which you should press the CREATE AN ACCOUNT button.

Next, you will need to enter your personal information, such as your first and last name, and a password. Finally, click on REGISTER.

Once the order has been confirmed and has left our warehouse, you will receive a copy of the invoice via email.

If you do not receive the email, or if you have lost/deleted it, you can request a copy by sending an invoice request email to info@accesoriosherrajes.com .

When you place an order, you can enter your billing information on the Shopping Cart page. In the Addresses section, you can specify the billing details for your purchase.

You can also create a billing address and save it for all your purchases. In your private MY ACCOUNT area, click the MY ADDRESSES button, and then click ADD NEW ADDRESS. Once you've clicked it, you can enter your full address, city, state/province, and country, as well as your phone number, in the fields provided.
