Shipping and Returns

1. SHIPPING.

Shipping costs will vary depending on the total purchase amount. Shipping is free for orders over €200. For orders under €200, shipping costs €5.90. You can see the shipping cost when you receive your quote or order confirmation, or in your shopping cart on our online store.

2. DELIVERY TIMES.

The delivery period indicated in our offer will begin at the time of acceptance of this offer or signed order and payment received according to the conditions agreed in each sales channel.

For orders placed through our online store, the delivery time for in-stock products will be 2 to 5 business days. In the event of any unforeseen shipping issues, the customer will be notified.

3. RETURN AND WARRANTY.

If you wish to exchange an item for another, the return and new shipping costs will not be covered by INSIDE QASA. However, for your convenience, we offer the option of arranging the collection and delivery of the new items with our transport company, billing you for the corresponding costs.

If the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition or if there has been an error on the part of INSIDE QASA, the customer will have the right to request that the product be reshipped at no additional cost, once the product has been returned to our facilities and the issue has been verified. If the shipment has been damaged during transport, the customer must notify INSIDE QASA via email, telephone, or contact form within 24 hours of receipt. In this case, INSIDE QASA will provide instructions on how to file a claim with the transport company to replace the damaged goods at no additional charge to the customer.

In the case of returns of defective products or products that do not correspond to your order, the collection costs will be borne by us, these products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered and must retain their original labeling.

If you wish to return a product purchased from INSIDE QASA, you must notify us beforehand by email to info@accesoriosherrajes.com , or via the contact form on our website. Remember that you have 15 days from receipt of the order to make returns.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email with the necessary instructions for making the return. Once the product has been received and verified to be in perfect condition, the corresponding refund will be processed.
